Without objection, CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 221(FIN) An Act relating to negatively amortizing loans secured by owner-occupied real property originated under a program approved or sponsored by the state or federal government, including congressionally chartered national corporations was adopted and read the second time. 1998-02-02 Senate Journal Page 2379 SB 221 Senator Taylor moved and asked unanimous consent that the bill be considered engrossed, advanced to third reading and placed on final passage. Without objection, it was so ordered. CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 221(FIN) was read the third time.
